Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to common questions about how Stampede Workflows operate and how to get the most out of them.

A Workflow is a complete customer journey made up of multiple steps and triggers, while a Single Automation performs one action — for example, sending a single follow-up email after a booking. Learn more → Workflow vs. Single Automation

Choose a trigger that matches the customer action you want to respond to — like Booking Created, WiFi Login, or Birthday Coming Up. Read more about triggers → What’s a Trigger?

Yes! You can have multiple workflows running at once, as long as they don’t overlap or conflict. Use the Debounce setting to control how often a guest can re-enter a workflow.

Pausing a workflow temporarily stops new journeys from starting. Deleting a workflow removes it completely, along with all associated runs and analytics data.

You can test a workflow by using a test contact or your own email address. Trigger the workflow manually for example, by creating a test booking and check that each node sends and responds correctly before activating it.
