In this article, you will learn where to find your review reports in Stampede, how to navigate between venues if you manage more than one, and how to quickly access key metrics from your review pages.
To view your review reports, you'll need to set up a review page for customers to engage with. For more information, please check out How Do I Create A Review Page?.
How It Works
After you’ve created one or more Review Pages, you simply go to the Reviews → Reports section in Stampede. If you manage multiple venues, you can filter to the specific venue you want to view. The system then displays the reporting for that venue or your whole estate, depending on the filter selected.
Why It’s Useful
Having all your review data in one place saves time and helps you spot trends easily. You can compare venues, monitor changes over time, and make decisions based on feedback evidence — without jumping between different platforms.
Step 1 – Log in and go to Reviews
Open your Stampede dashboard and click Reviews from the left-hand menu.
Step 2 – Select Reports
Click on the Reports tab — this opens the reporting interface for all your review pages.
Step 3 – Filter by Venue (if needed)
If you manage multiple locations, click the filter icon and select the venue whose reports you want to view.
We can also filter the data by specific dates
Step 4 – Explore the Metrics
Once your reports view is open, you’ll be able to see relevant data for the selected review pages — such as number of reviews, average rating and any trends or changes over time.
Tips & Troubleshooting
Make sure you have created a Review Page first — the Reports section will only show data once a page exists.
If you don’t see a venue listed in the filter, check that the Review Page is correctly assigned to that venue.
If data seems missing or delayed, allow a few hours for syncing and refresh the page.
Summary
The Review Reports feature in Stampede gives you a clear, centralised view of your guest feedback across venues. By visiting Reviews → Reports, filtering to the right location, and checking key metrics, you’ll be able to monitor performance, compare venues and act on insight — all from one dashboard.
