In this article, you'll learn how to set up Special Dates in Stampede Bookings.
Special Dates allow you to adjust your venue’s availability for holidays, events, closures, or one-off changes. Whether you're closing early, running a ticketed event, or blocking off part of your venue, this feature gives you full flexibility without affecting your regular schedule.
1. Go to Bookings
Head to Venues from the left-hand navigation bar, then select Bookings to open the dashboard.
(If you have only one venue, selecting Venues will take you straight to your Bookings.)
2. Open Special Dates
Scroll to the bottom of the bookings page and click on Special Dates, or go to Configuration and select Special Dates from the list of options.
3. Manage Existing or Create New Special Dates
You will now see a list of your existing Special Dates (if you’ve added any before). From here, you can:
- Create a new special date by clicking the plus icon (+)
- Edit an existing one using the pencil icon
- Delete a special date using the bin icon
This gives you full control to adjust or remove special settings as needed.
4. Save Your Changes
Once your booking type is set up or updated, click Save. It will now be live in your system.
