Floor plans help you visualise your table layout and assign bookings with a clear view of your venue’s setup. Before creating a floor plan, make sure your tables have already been created only existing tables will appear when designing the layout.
1. Go to Bookings
Head to Venues from the left-hand navigation bar, then select Bookings to open the dashboard.
(If you have only one venue, selecting Venues will take you straight to your Bookings.)
2. Open Edit Floor Plan
Scroll to the bottom of the bookings page and click on Edit Floor Plan.
3. Create Your Layout
You’ll now be taken to the Floor Plan editor where you can drag and drop tables into place.
- Existing tables will appear in a list ready to be positioned
