Yes. Click on any booking in the Floor View to change its status to Seated, Check Dropped, or Paid. This keeps your live view up to date and helps the whole team see table progress instantly.
Free tables appear unshaded in the Floor Plan, while blocked or occupied tables are highlighted. You can also use the Day Planner to view availability by time slot or area for a clearer overview of capacity.
Absolutely. You can switch views anytime from the top of the Bookings screen. Use the Day Planner to plan the day ahead, then move to the Floor Plan once service begins to monitor live seating.
