If you're working on your marketing campaign template and feel that an earlier design might suit your needs better, you can easily revert to it. Each time you save a template, a copy is created, allowing you to keep track of previous versions until the campaign is sent. Just a quick note: once a campaign has been sent out, you won't be able to access those template revisions since they've already been shared with customers. Here's how you can view a campaign's earlier version:
Select "Marketing" from the left-hand menu.
- Select "Email Campaigns" from the "Campaigns" section on the left. Find the campaign for which you'd like to see previous revisions. You can sort by draft at the top right to view all relevant campaigns.
Click on the revision button located on the right side of your campaign.
- A page will open showing a preview of your campaign on the right. Choose a different revision from the left side, and your campaign will be updated accordingly.
Once you've found the version you'd like to revert to, click on 'Use Revision' at the top right.
