In this article, you’ll learn how to use premade email templates in Stampede and how to create your own from scratch. Templates save you time by giving you a reusable layout for future campaigns — so you don’t have to build every newsletter or promotion from the ground up.
Whether you want to start with a pre-designed layout or craft something unique with the Email Builder or HTML Builder, this guide will show you how.
Why Templates Matter
Consistency: Keep your branding the same across all campaigns.
Time-saving: Reuse the same layout every month for newsletters.
Flexibility: Update text, images, and offers in minutes.
💡 Example: Create a “Monthly Newsletter Template” once → each month just duplicate it, swap out offers and events, and send.
Step 1: Find Your Templates
From the left-hand menu, click Marketing.
Under Campaigns, select Emails.
Click the Templates tab at the top of the page.
Browse premade templates or click Create to build your own.
Step 2: Create a Template from Scratch
Option A – Email Builder (Drag & Drop)
Click + Create Template → select Email Builder.
Name your template.
Drag and drop elements (text, images, buttons, social links).
Save your template when you’re happy.

Option B – HTML Builder (Advanced)
Click + Create Template → select HTML Builder.
Name your template.
Add your own HTML code and preview it on the right-hand side.
Save your template when finished.
