In this article, You’ll learn how to send an email campaign in Stampede from choosing a template to scheduling and sending your first newsletter. This guide is perfect for monthly newsletters, seasonal promotions, or one-off event invites.

Step 1: Go to Campaigns
From the left-hand menu, click Marketing.
Under Campaigns, select Emails.
Step 2: Create a New Campaign
Click the Create Campaign button.
Choose the template you’d like to use (e.g. your “Monthly Newsletter” template).
Give your campaign a clear name (“April Newsletter” or “Summer Offers”).
Step 3: Choose Your Audience

Select your recipients:
All Customers
Tagged Lists (e.g. “Newsletter Subscribers”, “VIPs”, “Locals”)
Use tags and filters to keep campaigns targeted and relevant.
Step 4: Build Your Email
Edit Content: Customise text, images, and links inside your chosen template.
Personalisation: Use merge fields (e.g. Hi {{First Name}}) to make it more engaging.
Test Send: Always send yourself a test email to check branding, links, and layout.

Step 5: Schedule or Send
Send Now: Deliver immediately.
Schedule Send: Choose a date and time (great for monthly newsletters).
