To set up an SMS marketing campaign, first select "Marketing" and then "SMS Campaign" under "Campaigns". Create a campaign name and enter the sender name, then click "Create". Choose a segment for the SMS campaign, and enable "Automation" if desired. Enter a spend-per-head amount, which reflects WiFi returns at your venue, and compose the SMS message. After saving, review the message and click "Send Now" or schedule it for later.
- Select "Marketing" from the left-hand side.
- To set up your marketing campaign, choose "SMS Campaign" from the top left-hand side under "Campaigns", then click on the plus sign at the top right.
- Create a campaign name and enter the sender name for your SMS campaign. Once you’ve filled in all the details, click on “Create”.

Select a segment you wish to send your SMS campaign to. If you haven’t set up your custom segment yet, please check this guide for assistance. If you’d like the campaign to trigger automatically when customers meet these criteria, simply turn on the "Automation" switch.

Enter a spend-per-head amount.
Spend-per-head is based on WiFi returns to your physical venue. For instance, if you enter £20, when a customer returns, you’ll see an additional £20 added to your campaign return estimate.
- Type in the content of the SMS message that customers will receive. Once you’re done, click on ‘Save & Continue’.
- You’ll have a chance to review the message. When you’re satisfied, click on "Send Now" to send the campaign to your customers. Alternatively, you can schedule the campaign for a specific date and time by selecting the "Send later" option.
