In this article, you’ll learn how to update your payment method in Stampede to ensure uninterrupted access to your services. We’ll guide you through where to find your billing settings, how to manage your payment details, and what to do if you don’t see the right options.
Steps to Update Your Payment Method:
- From the navigation menu, click on "Settings."
2. In the sidebar, select "Billing."
3. At the top of the Billing page, click on "Manage Account."
This will open your account management page, where you can:
- Add or change payment information
- Update your account details
- Download past invoices
Important Notes
- If a payment fails, you’ll be notified to update your payment details.
- Some changes may require verification from your payment provider.
- Once updated, your new payment method will be active for future transactions.
