In this article, you’ll learn how to create or select a segment based on customer responses from the Ideas section in Stampede. These segments can be used to target customers in your marketing campaigns based on how they responded to survey questions.
When you create a new Idea (a type of survey question in Stampede), the system automatically generates two segments:
- One for customers who responded positively
- One for those who responded negatively
These segments are ready to be used in your marketing campaigns, allowing for more personalised communication based on customer feedback.
1.Select Marketing from the navigation bar.
2. Click on Ideas under the Data section.
2. Select Ideas from the "Data" section. Click the plus icon to add this segment.
Using the Segment in a Campaign
Once you've added the segment, you can attach it to any email or SMS campaign. This allows you to tailor messaging based on whether someone appreciated or didn’t connect with a specific Idea.
💡 Example: If a customer disliked a particular menu suggestion, you can exclude them from future messages about that item.
