In this article, you will learn how to get the Loyalty Program added to your subscription and set it up from within the Stampede dashboard, including how to configure the sign-up form and build your rewards catalogue.
Step 1: Get Loyalty Added to Your Subscription
The Loyalty feature is set up by the Stampede Success Team. If you’d like to add it to your current subscription, please contact your Account Manager or email support@stampede.ai to get started.
Step 2: Open the Loyalty Scheme
Once the feature has been enabled, log in to your Stampede dashboard and click on the Loyalty icon from the left-hand menu. From here, click into the Loyalty Card to access your pre-configured loyalty scheme.
Step 3: Explore the Loyalty Dashboard
Inside your scheme, you’ll land on the Loyalty Dashboard. This is your control centre here you can see customer activity, points earned, popular rewards, and overall engagement levels.
Step 4: Get Familiar with the Setup
Before diving into edits or customisation, take a moment to explore:
- The pre-built Sign-Up Form (already created for your venue)
- Navigation tabs for Automations, Rewards, and Interactions

This stage is all about understanding how the scheme is structured and how everything connects before making changes.
Step 5: Understand What Happens Next
Once you're comfortable navigating your loyalty scheme, here’s what the full setup flow looks like:
- Set up automations – decide how points are awarded (e.g. for Wi-Fi usage or bookings)
- Add your rewards – build a catalogue of redeemable items
- Allow customers to sign up – using the pre-configured sign-up form
- View interactions – monitor customer activity and campaign performance
