Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Open Your Loyalty Scheme

Log in to the Stampede dashboard and go to the Loyalty section. Click on the loyalty scheme you want to configure.

Step 2: Set Up Rewards

Before points can be redeemed, you’ll need to create a range of rewards that customers can spend their points on.

• Navigate to the Rewards tab
• Click + Create Reward
• Set the name, image, description, point value, and availability
• Save the reward

Step 3: Configure Loyalty Automations

Next, set up automated point triggers for key actions like bookings, reviews, and Wi-Fi usage.

• Head to Go Live > Automations
• Click Edit next to each relevant automation
• Set the points awarded per action
• Define any throttle limits to prevent abuse
• Activate each automation

Step 4: Manually Allocate Loyalty Points (Optional)

If you need to manually assign loyalty points—such as for goodwill gestures or offline transactions—you can use the QR redemption tool:

1. Click the QR Redemption Scanner (top-left of your dashboard)
2. Select Loyalty as the voucher type
3. Scan the customer’s Loyalty Card QR code
4. Confirm the point allocation and redeem as needed
