In this article, you’ll learn how to block out specific times or days in the Day Planner using the Block Time feature. This is perfect for temporary closures, staff meetings, or maintenance periods where you need to stop bookings for a certain time window.
Step 1: Open the Day Planner
Go to Bookings → Day Planner from the left-hand menu.
Select the date you’d like to adjust.
Click the red Block icon to open the Block Time window.
Step 2: Create a Time Block
In the Block Time window, complete the details:
Block Type: Choose Time Interval.
Date: Confirm the correct date.
Start Time / End Time: Select the time range to close out (for example, 10:00–12:15).
Reason / Notes: Add context (for example, “Staff meeting” or “Private event”).
Click Create Block Time to save your block.
This will prevent any new bookings from being made during the selected times.
Step 3: Managing Your Blocks
Once created, you can view or edit your blocks by selecting Manage Blocks in the same window.
