Stampede does not manage or control any website filtering, blocked content, parental controls, or internet restrictions on your network. Stampede is responsible only for the Captive Portal and guest login experience. Any limits placed on what guests can access after logging in—such as adult content filters, corporate blocking rules, bandwidth controls, or category restrictions—are entirely managed by your IT provider, firewall provider, or network administrator. If guests report blocked websites, these settings must be reviewed by your IT team.

Safety filters
Corporate allowlists or denylists
Bandwidth restrictions
Website category blocking
Any restriction a guest experiences after logging in is controlled by:
Your venue’s IT provider
Your firewall provider
Your network administrator
Stampede cannot remove or change these filters. If guests report blocked sites, please contact your IT team.
