To set up tables for your venue, go to Bookings and select your venue if you have multiple locations. Open Configuration to access venue booking settings, then select Tables to create and configure tables. You can set table name, priority, capacity, accessibility features (wheelchairs, high chairs, buggies), and booking cadence for back-to-back bookings. Tables can also be organized by area if your venue has multiple sections.
1. Go to Bookings
To set up tables for your venue, go to Bookings to open the dashboard.
(If you have only one venue, selecting Venues will take you straight to your Bookings.)
1.5. Select Venue
If you have multiple venues, you will need to choose the one you want to configure. Select venues to open the list.
Listed venues will pop up; simply select the one you want to configure.
2. Open Settings
The setting menu is where all venue settings for bookings can be created and enabled.
3. Select the option for Tables
In the settings menu, go to Layout > Tables.
By clicking on the Create Table option, you can begin setting up your tables. You can configure these however you see fit:
- Table Name/Number: Set your Table name
- Priority: Set the priority on which tables you want filled first.
- Table capacity: Minimum + Maximum number of customers that can be seated at a table.
Accessibility features: Set if the table is available for:
- Wheelchairs
- High Chairs
- Buggies
- Booking Cadence: Allows this table to ignore buffer times set on the venue and lets this table be booked back-to-back.
💡Pro Tip:
Tables can be made per area. If your venue has multiple areas, you will need to set up tables for each one. If you need to set up an area, check out our guide by clicking here.
