If a customer decides to pay for a gift card with cash, or at the front desk, a gift card can be activated manually and sent to a customer email address. Below is a guide explaining to do so.
Once you have logged into product.stampede.ai , click on the 'Gift Cards' on the left side of the screen.
At the top of the menu, click 'Activation'
In the top right corner, the '+' icon, which will take you to the manual gift card activation page.
From here, you can add the name of the customer, The amount of money to be placed on the gift card, and the email address the gift card is to be sent to, once you save these details, the card will automatically be activated and sent to the recipient.
