To set up booking types, go to Bookings and select the venue if needed. Open Configuration, then Booking Types to view current types. You can create, duplicate, edit, delete, or reorder booking types. Save changes to make them live. Verify updates on the public booking form under Design, where customers will see the updated booking options. Clear, friendly labels are important for customer clarity.
1. Go to Bookings
To set up booking types, go to Bookings to open the dashboard.
(If you have only one venue, selecting Venues will take you straight to your Bookings.)
1.5. Select Venue
If you have multiple venues, select the correct venue for which you are looking to make a booking.
2. Open Configuration
Configuration is where all venue settings for bookings can be created and enabled.
3. Open Booking Types
Scroll to the configs section and click on Booking Types, or go to Configuration and select Booking Types from the list of options.
4. Manage Booking Types
Once open, you’ll see a list of all current booking types.
You can:
Create a new booking type by clicking Create Booking Type
- Duplicate a booking type by clicking copy
- Edit your booking type
- Delete a booking type
- Reorder using the three dots to move the type’s position
🧾 Booking types are what your customers will see on the front end when making a booking so clear, friendly labels are key!
5. Save Your Changes
Once your booking type is set up or updated, click Save. It will now be live in your system.
6. View the Booking Type on the Front End
To confirm your changes, head to your public booking form by scrolling down to Other and clicking Design.. Your updated booking type will now appear as an option for customers to choose from.
You'll know this was successful when you see the booking types on the booking page.
