In this article, you’ll learn how to add a voucher to your Stampede email campaign—using both a unique code and a QR code to ensure smooth redemptions. We’ll guide you through enabling vouchers, inserting voucher tags, and previewing your campaign before sending.
1. Navigate to the Email Campaign Section
From the left-hand menu, click on Marketing.
Then under Campaigns, select Email.
2. Create a New Campaign
- Click the Create button to start a new campaign.
- Choose a template—you can use an existing one or pick from recommended templates.
- In the setup pop-up, enter:
- Campaign name
- Email subject line
- At the bottom of the setup screen:
- Toggle Enable Vouchers
- Select your voucher from the dropdown list
- Click Create to move to the content editor.
3. Add Voucher Details to Your Email Content
- Navigate to the Content Page of your campaign.
- Click into the text block where you want to display the voucher.
- At the bottom-right of the editor, click on Merge Tags.
- A dropdown will appear—select one or both of the following:
- Voucher Code – A unique code generated for each email (e.g. AB12CD)
- Voucher QR Image (Recommended) – A QR code version of the voucher that customers can scan
💡 For best results, we recommend including both the code and QR image in case a customer can’t scan the QR.
4. Preview Your Campaign
- Once your content is set, click on Send Preview to see how your email looks.
- Note: The QR code will not appear in the preview, as it only generates in live emails.
5. Check Your Email Preview
- Once you’ve sent yourself a preview, head to your inbox to view it.
- This lets you double-check layout, wording, and placement of voucher details before sending the campaign live.
6. Finalise and Send
- When you’re happy with everything, click Continue to move to the final step.
- Review your campaign settings and hit Send to go live!
