How to Redeem Marketing Vouchers

In this article, you'll learn how to redeem vouchers using Stampede’s universal QR scanner supporting vouchers, gifting, and loyalty redemptions across your organisation. We’ll walk you through where to access the scanner, how to scan codes, and what happens once a voucher is validated or rejected.

1. Navigate to the QR Redemption Scanner

  1. Once logged into Stampede, head to the top-left of the dashboard, next to the Stampede logo.
  2. Click on the QR Redemption icon.

This will open the Universal QR Scanner.

 

2. Select the Voucher Type

  1. The scanner supports redemptions across all types—so you’ll first be asked to select the redemption category.
  2. Choose one of the following:
    • Voucher
    • Loyalty
    • Gifting

This allows you to scan any QR code from across your organisation’s venues.

 

3. Scan the Voucher Code

  1. If prompted, allow camera access to enable scanning.
  2. Hold the customer’s QR code in front of your device camera.
  3. Allow a few seconds for the code to be processed.
  4. Alternatively, you can manually enter the voucher code if scanning isn’t possible.

 

4. View the Voucher Details

  1. Once scanned, you’ll be shown full voucher details, including:
    • Voucher name
    • Value
    • Status (valid or already used)
  2. If the voucher has already been redeemed or is invalid, you’ll see a message like “Voucher Code Invalid.”
