In this article, you’ll learn how to generate a QR code for any campaign link in Stampede, adjust its design to match your branding, and download it for use across printed or digital materials.
QR codes are a simple and powerful way to connect your offline customers with your online campaigns—and now it’s easier than ever to create and customise them within the Link Manager.
1. Navigate to the Link Manager
From the left-hand menu, click on Marketing.
Then, under Front of house / Website, select Forms.
2. Select Link Manager
From the sub-menu, click on Link Manager.
3. Click ‘Create Link’ or Choose an Existing Link
To generate a QR code, you can either:
- Click Create Link to start a new one, or
- Click on an existing link from your list by selecting the pencil icon
If creating a new link, follow these steps:
- Fill in the Original URL and optional Product
- Click Next to add UTM Parameters (if needed)
- Click Next again to reach the QR Code section
4. Enable the QR Code
Under the QR Code tab:
- Toggle Enable QR Code to On
Once enabled, you’ll be able to preview your code.
5. Customise Your QR Code
After the link is created, click on the QR code icon next to your new link.
You’ll now be able to:
- Change QR Code Colour – Match it to your campaign or brand
- Add a Logo – Upload your venue or brand logo into the centre
- Choose Format – Download as PNG, SVG, or other file types
- Adjust Size – Optimise for posters, menus, or social tiles
6. Download and Share
Once your QR code is styled, click Download and place it on any printed or digital collateral—ready to scan!
💡 Pro Tip:
Use different colours or designs for each campaign so staff and customers can easily tell them apart—especially if you’re displaying more than one QR code in a venue.
