Quick answers to help you build forms, track conversions, manage UTM parameters, and use Link Manager effectively.

Create a form by going to Marketing → Web Forms → Create Form. Choose your layout, add fields, customise the design, and save your form. You can then share the link or add it to your campaigns.

Activate Conversions when editing your form, then add the links you want to track. When a customer submits the form and clicks a tracked link, the conversion is recorded in your dashboard.

Use the Contact Us template under Web Forms and include fields like name, email, and message. All submissions appear in your Inbox, where you can reply and manage follow-ups.

Add UTM parameters using the UTM Planner, or manually append them to your form URL. This allows you to track which campaigns or channels drive the most submissions.

Open Link Manager, add your form URL as a campaign link, and click Generate QR Code. Download the image to use on menus, posters, table cards, or print materials.
