In this article, you’ll learn how to view customer submissions that came through your web forms and track which UTM parameters led to each conversion.
Stampede’s Conversions tool connects the dots between your campaigns and real customer actions—giving you visibility into what’s working, where, and why.
1. Navigate to the Link Manager
From the left-hand menu, click on Marketing.
Then, under Front of house / Website, select Forms.
2. Under Website
From the sub-menu, click on Conversions.
3. Open the Conversions Tab
At the top of the Link Manager screen, click on the Conversions tab.
This view shows a table of recent form submissions that came through Stampede-generated links containing UTM parameters.
4. Understand What’s Displayed
Each row in the table includes:
- Customer Name and Email – If available
- Short Link Used – e.g. https://s.stmpd.ai/tpouggf
- Form URL – The destination form that was submitted
- Type – Currently always shows “form”
- UTM Parameters – Displays values like source, medium, and campaign
- Date & Time – When the conversion occurred
5. Use the Insights
Look for patterns such as:
- Which source is driving more sign-ups (e.g. facebook vs. google)
- Which medium converts best (email vs. SMS)
- Whether a particular campaign is outperforming others
Use this data to shape future messaging and invest in the channels that are truly converting.
