Stampede does not change or adjust any part of your network configuration. Our responsibility is limited to the captive portal and the guest-facing login experience. All network settings—including Wi-Fi configuration, routing, passwords, access rules, DHCP, VLANs, NAT, and firewall management—remain fully under the control of your IT provider. If any network configuration affects access to the captive portal, your IT team must review and update those settings, as Stampede cannot modify or manage them.
Stampede is responsible only for the captive portal and the guest-facing experience.
Your network Wi-Fi configuration, routing, access rules, and performance—is managed entirely by your IT provider.
Stampede does not modify:
Router configurations
Firewall rules
VLANs
NAT settings
DHCP scopes
Passwords
Switch or access point settings
Your IT provider controls all of these elements.
If any of these settings affect the captive portal, your IT team will need to review and update them.
