In this article, you’ll learn how to locate your loyalty scheme’s sign-up form and guide customers through the sign-up process so they can begin earning rewards.
Step 1: Open the Loyalty Scheme
Once the feature has been enabled, log in to your Stampede dashboard and click on the Loyalty icon from the left-hand menu. From here, click into the Loyalty Card to access your pre-configured loyalty scheme.
Step 2: Locate the Sign-Up Form
Inside the scheme, scroll to the Overview tab. Under the Sign-Up Form section, click the 👁️ Eye icon to open the live sign-up page.
You’ll also see additional options:
- Link Builder – Create trackable short links for social and ad platforms
- Referral ID / UTM Parameters – Add campaign tracking to your links

Direct Sign-Up Link – This is your unique customer-facing sign-up URL

Step 3: Share the Sign-Up Link with Customers
You can share this link in:
- Emails
- QR codes on menus or posters
- Social media or paid ad campaigns
Step 4: Customer Completes the Sign-Up Form
Customers enter their:
- Name
- Email address
- Any additional information required by your form
Once submitted, they’re automatically moved to the next stage in the journey.
Step 5: Ask Customers to Check Their Inbox
A confirmation email is sent to the customer immediately after sign-up.
