What Customers See on the Loyalty Card
Once a customer joins your loyalty scheme, they’ll receive a digital Loyalty Card that can be saved to their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. On the card, they’ll find:
- Points Balance – Updated in real-time as they earn or redeem points
- Rewards Preview – A summary of available rewards
- Your Venue Branding – Pulled from your Brand Kit
- Loyalty Scheme Name – As named in the setup
- QR Code – Used for scanning and redemption in venue
What’s Hidden in the “Pass Details”
When customers tap the three dots (•••) in the top-right corner of their wallet card and select Pass Details, they’ll access:
- Loyalty Scheme link
- Refer a Friend link
- View Rewards link
- Notification options (iOS/Android dependent)
- Remove Pass option
