In this article, you’ll learn how customers can view and redeem their available rewards using their Loyalty Card and live rewards portal.
Step 1: Open the Loyalty Card
Customers begin by opening their Loyalty Card in their Apple or Google Wallet
Step 2: Tap “View Rewards”
From the Pass Details menu (accessed by tapping the three dots ••• on the card), customers select View Rewards. This opens their personal rewards portal in their browser.
Step 3: Browse and Select a Reward
The rewards portal shows:
- A full list of available rewards
- The points required to redeem each reward
- The customer’s current points balance
- A progress bar showing how close they are to each reward
Once they meet the requirements, customers can select a reward and follow the on-screen instructions to redeem.
Step 4: Redeem the Reward
If the customer has enough points, they’ll see a unlocked icon next to the reward.
The option to "Show QR Code" will appear.
- Tap Show QR Code to generate a unique redemption QR code
- This code can be scanned directly at the venue
- Alternatively, customers can choose to email the code to themselves

If the customer doesn’t yet have enough points, the button will remain greyed out until they reach the required threshold.
