In this article, you’ll learn how customers can access their Loyalty Card and rewards—either from their mobile wallet or directly within Stampede.
Option 1: From the Wallet
Once a customer signs up and adds the Loyalty Card to their Apple or Google Wallet:
- Open the Wallet app
- Tap on the Loyalty Card
- Tap the three dots (•••) and select Pass Details
- Tap View Rewards to open the loyalty portal
- Select the relevant scheme to view:
- Points balance
- Available rewards
- Referral link (if enabled)
Option 2: Via a Direct Link
Customers can also access their rewards directly through a web link—no wallet required. This is included in the sign-up confirmation email sent when they join your loyalty program.
